In regard to booking Beachside properties are $180 per night for 2 adults & 3 children (14 and under) plus $25 per night for an extra adult or child. Children under 2 are not charged or included in the rates.

In regard to booking City property $180 per night for 2 adults & 2 children (14 or under) plus $25 for an extra adult or child. Children under 2 are not charged or included in the rates.

Bond of $450 for all properties, refundable at the end of your stay. (House must be left in a satisfactory condition)
